What to see

The collection galleries trace Turkish art from the early twentieth century to today, alongside changing international exhibitions, a photography gallery and a terrace looking across the Bosphorus to the old city.

Allow two hours.

Ticket prices and hours are set by the museum; its website did not let us read them on the day we checked.

Getting there

On the Karaköy waterfront, five minutes from Karaköy stop on the T1 tram and the Karaköy ferry pier.
