What to see

From the summit park the whole city spreads out: the Bosphorus Bridge, the old city skyline on the far shore and, on clear days, the Princes' Islands. The vast Çamlıca Mosque and the city's tall broadcasting tower stand on the slopes nearby.

An hour is enough. Clear winter days and the hour before sunset give the sharpest views.

It is a local favourite at weekends. The broadcasting tower's viewing floors are a separate, ticketed attraction not checked here.

Getting there

From Üsküdar take a bus or taxi up the hill (about 15 minutes); the nearest metro stop is Kısıklı on the M5 line, then a 20-minute uphill walk.
