What to see

The route to the canyon is part of the Beydağları Coastal National Park. Beyond the entrance you walk, wade and in places swim through the narrows; activities such as zip-lining are run separately at the site.

Two to four hours, depending on how far into the gorge you go.

The water is cold all year and the level changes with rain upstream — do not go in after heavy rain or when the water is high or murky. Wear shoes that can get wet and grip on rock, and keep your phone in a waterproof bag.

Getting there

West of Göynük village, about 10 km north of Kemer town in a straight line; by car, taxi or dolmuş to Göynük, then a short drive or walk up the valley.

Transport lines are general directions, not checked against the operator's timetable.
