What to see

Rescue excavations from 2008 uncovered some 865 graves here — mostly simple graves cut into the bedrock, but also chamber tombs, sarcophagi and cremation urns. The finds show that the cemetery was in use from the end of the fourth century BC, before King Attalos II of Pergamon founded Attaleia in the second century BC.

In Muratpaşa, central Antalya, on the site of the old eastern bus garage and market; by tram or taxi from the old town.
