What to see

A boardwalk leads along the cliff to the mouth of the gorge; beyond it you walk in the riverbed itself, through icy water at first and then over rocks and mud.

Two to three hours with the wade. Water levels are high in spring, when the inner gorge may be closed.

Wear shoes that can get wet and clothes you do not mind muddying.

Getting there

About 45 km south-east of Fethiye; minibuses run in summer, otherwise by car or tour.
