What to see

The beach runs for several kilometres with the river mouth at one end; on one side is open sea, on the other the lagoon and reed beds of the delta. Much of it is left undeveloped because the turtles lay their eggs in the sand in summer.

A beach day, often reached by river boat from Dalyan. Umbrellas and services are concentrated near the road end.

Protected-area rules apply: keep away from marked nests and follow the notices on site. The access rules and any fees were not confirmed on an operator page.

By road from Dalyan (about 13 km) or on the river boats from the Dalyan waterfront.
