Rent: Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB), EVDS: rents per m² of valued homes, Q3 2026. Fuel: Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK), pump prices reported by fuel brands, 4 Nov 2026.
Not included
Food, groceries, restaurants, electricity and internet are left out on purpose: there is no official price list for them, and an average from asking around would be a guess. The rent figure is the Central Bank's average for homes valued for mortgages, not what landlords ask in new adverts, which is often higher in Istanbul and on the coast.
