What to see
The route starts with a "time tunnel" and continues with fossils, the Neolithic of Yumuktepe and Gözlükule, the Bronze and Iron Ages, Roman jewellery and a reconstructed olive-oil workshop, and a ship's cargo of amphorae. Later rooms cover finds from Yumuktepe and from the ancient cities of Soli-Pompeiopolis and Elaiussa-Sebaste, and ethnography including the Sarıkeçili nomads.
One to one and a half hours.
