What to see

It is one of the best examples of the region's çantı-type Friday mosques, with an interlocking timber upper floor and a wooden minaret; the mihrab, pulpit and painted ceiling are its highlights. It is nearly 150 years old.

Fifteen to twenty minutes, outside prayer times.

A working village mosque: the usual dress code applies.
